Bohdalecké Kvarteto – a JRD Development s.r.o. firm project

About the project:

The new development project of JRD Development, the Bohdalec Quartet, is located in Prague 4-Michle. The building got its name from the four glazed towers and the fact that the violinist Jan Kubelík was born here. The nine-storey energy-passive new house in the shape of the letter "L" offers 182 residential and 5 commercial units. For those interested in modern, economical housing, the Bohdalec Quartet will provide apartments from 1 + kk to 4 + kk with an area of up to 110 m2. Most apartments will have their own front garden, balcony or terrace. The courtyard planted with greenery and trees will take care of relaxation and pleasant sitting in nature. The Bohdalec Quartet project is located in U Plynárny Street, Prague 4-Michle, specifically in the Bohdalec area. The location has excellent transport links, several tram and bus lines pass through the street and the stop is in the immediate vicinity of the building. You can also easily get by car to the exit on Bohdalecká Street towards the South Junction and out of the city, or via Michelská Street towards Kačerov and Vídeňská Street to the next exit from Prague. You can also get to the center very quickly, it is barely 10 minutes to Wenceslas Square.

Near the new residential complex there is a forest park Bohdalecký vrch and a relaxing location around Hamerský pond. From the windows of the apartments, especially from the upper floors, you will have a view of the wooded Bohdalec hill.

Civic amenities are within easy reach of the residential complex, you can shop in the Kaufland hypermarket 0.5 km away, the OC Eden is 2.3 km away. Your children can attend Mendík's kindergarten and primary school (2 km) or Ohradní primary school and kindergarten (2.7 km). General practitioners' surgeries can be found in the Vršovice Polyclinic, just 1.8 km from the complex.
