Bytové domy Hostivař – a firm project

About the project:

In Prague 9 - Hostivař, in the street pl. Mráze created a new project called Bytové domy Hostivař. The new building is set near the park and the Hostivař dam, where you can spend your free time with family or friends. There are a total of fifty housing units in the two houses. The interiors were designed by ing.arch. Markéta Svobodová from the Spojprojekt Praha as office The houses have cascading gardens, there are balconies or roof terraces, cellars and covered underground garages.

Apartments:

Hostivař apartment buildings include 50 residential units 1 + kk to 4 + kk with a usable area of 34 - 119 m2. The apartments have balconies or loggias, ground floor apartments are complemented by front gardens. Garage spaces are located in the basement of the house, they are not included in the price of the apartment. The standard of these housing units are quality materials, wooden euro-windows, balcony windows and doors, floating floors, ceramic tiles in the bathrooms.

New houses from the Hostivař Apartment Buildings project are located in Prague 9 - Hostivař, in Pluníkovka Mráz Street. In this area, excellent transport accessibility is ensured by public transport. Trams and buses run to the center of Prague. In the area near the house there are various services and offices. You can shop in the Park Hostivař shopping center, where there is also a multiplex cinema. There are also supermarkets Albert and Lidl, kindergarten, primary and art school, doctors' offices, post office, pubs, restaurants and cafes. It is also not far for sports. You can play sports in the sports center of Charles University, swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts, athletic oval, softball or football field. You can play tennis on the Měcholupy tennis courts, in the Golf Club Hostivař or in the Hamr complex. It is only a few minutes' walk to Hostivař Park or the dam.
