Byty Preslova – a SATPO company project

About the project:

The Byty Preslova chamber project is located on the street of the same name in Prague 5 - Smíchov and offers 5 luxury furnished housing units in the attic of the house after reconstruction. During the renovation, the original historical elements of the Art Nouveau building have been preserved. The developer is the company Satpo, which implemented the project in 2015.

Apartments:

New apartments with a layout of 3 + kk to 4 + kk can boast such qualities as spaciousness, airiness and elegance. The area ranges from 98.1 m2 to 108.6 m2. The individual apartments have a balcony (6.9 m2 to 7.7 m2). Despite the fact that the developer of the project tried to preserve the original Art Nouveau elements and the overall historical style of the building, he enriched the house with modern elements, for example, a cabin elevator was built. The building has central heating with its own boiler. The bathrooms and toilets of the apartments also have underfloor heating, a plate radiator and floor convectors. The bathrooms have quality ceramic tiles and tiling. Devices from such brands as Villeroy & Boch, Hansgrohe, Tece and Huppe were used. The whole apartment has wooden glued floors, stucco on the walls and wooden coffered interior doors. The location of Prague's Smíchov in Prague 5 is an ideal place to live in the city center surrounded by culture and traditions. Preslova Street boasts a large concentration of cafés, galleries and historic buildings. Excellent transport accessibility to the center is possible thanks to the immediate vicinity of the tram stop Zborovská and bus stop Arbesovo náměstí. In just a few minutes walk you can reach the nearest metro station Anděl (line B), from which you can easily get to Kampa, Charles Bridge or visit the Nový Smíchov entertainment center and farmers' markets in Malá Strana. The nearby Kinský Garden, Dienzenhofer Gardens or Petrin Hill are ideal for scenic walks and relaxation in the fresh air.
