Byty Vítkov – a firm project

About the project:

Byty Vítkov is a development project of the RSPE company, the authors of the designs are the architects of the Free Architects company and the design of the facade is a design by Tomáš Legner. Apartments Vítkov are located just 15 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square, specifically in Prague 3 - Zizkov. In this complex there are 3 houses with 52 residential and 27 non-residential premises. The new buildings are located on the border of Vítkov Park. Residents will live in a quiet part of town and in the countryside, in addition, there are excellent civic amenities and public transport access. The architecture of the houses is seamlessly connected to the existing buildings.

Apartments:

The Byty Vítkov house complex offers 52 flats with a layout of 1 + kk to 5 + kk with a usable area from 26.9 to 127.4 m2. These housing units also include a garage, cellar and balconies or loggias, on the last two floors there are large terraces.

Commercial premises:

There are also 27 non-residential units of 1 + kk and 2 + kk in the residential area. You can choose one of 22 studios or 5 commercial spaces, whose usable area is 26.7 - 133.4 m2.

Location:

The Vítkov apartments are located in Kališnické Street, Prague 3 - Žižkov. They got their name from the location on the border with Vítkov Park, which is the largest park in Prague. You can walk, bike or jog here. From Ohrad there is an access road lined with mature maples. In this location there is excellent public transport accessibility or just a few minutes walk to the center. Thanks to this, there are no services missing and you will find doctors, pharmacies, a bank, an ATM, schools, kindergartens, all kinds of food and non-food stores. Flora Shopping Center is 4 stops away. There is a children’s club in one of the houses and there are a number of playgrounds with play elements for children of all ages.
