DOB Centrum – a DOB - Invest firm project

About the project:

The development project called DOB centrum is located in the very center of Dobřichovice. The new building with 45 apartments is located on the site of a former farm. In addition to apartments, the project also offers a home for the elderly, a building for wellness, a park. The multifunctional complex includes houses marked G, H, I, J. The apartments have quality standard equipment in the form of euro windows with thermal insulation, wooden bamboo slats as floor coverings, radiators, central boiler room, cable lift in each building. The DOB centrum project is located in 5th May Street, on the site of a former farm in the village of Dobřichovice, which falls within the cadastre of Prague - West. The residential complex consists of new buildings for housing and leisure centers. You can live near the river Berounka, at the same time there are rich civic amenities. Twenty minutes from the complex is the train station. Buses run from the Dobřichovice stop - Karlík crossroads. There are also shops such as Lidl, Coop, which can be reached on foot in five minutes. Near the house is a park on May 5 and a dense network of bike paths or Dobrichovice castle. You can play sports on the local football field and in the sports center. There is also a kindergarten, two primary schools and an art school, which are less than ten minutes away from the residence. Within a few minutes there are also restaurants and wine bars, the city library and also the city office, police, post office and pharmacies.
