About the project:

The Jižní stráň development project is located in a street in Křepelky, in the cadastre of Prague 8 - Březiněves. The complex consists of twelve two-storey family houses, which were built in two stages. In the second stage, six family semi-detached houses have been built, where you will find 5 + kk apartments. Each house has an area of 160 m2 with a large storage space under the roof. The houses on offer have an energy label B.

Houses:

Family semi-detached houses in the Jižní stráň project have a layout of 5 + kk. They include land and a garden. The storage spaces under the roof have an area of about 24.8 m2. The largest area is house No. 77, 181 m2, land 377 m2 and garden 277.7 m2. Semi-detached houses are supplied in a standard, where it is possible to change according to the customer's wishes. You can choose other floor coverings or turn the house into one big one by changing the layout. The doors to the houses are plastic, six-chamber, with an imitation of the look of wood. Home heating is solved by a gas condensing boiler with equithermal regulation. The apartments have panel heaters, ladders, underfloor heating and preparation for a fireplace. The bathrooms have an acrylic bathtub, designer toilet, sink. In front of the entrance there are interlocking paving and a sidewalk. Each house has its own garage and is fenced.

Location:

The Jižní stráň project is the second stage of living in Březiněves. The houses are located in V Křepelkách Street. It consists of six family semi-detached houses. Within walking distance of a few minutes from the house is a kindergarten. The primary school is in Ďáblice and can be reached by car in fifteen minutes. The village has a playground for children, a bike path and sports facilities. The center of Prague is a 15-minute drive away. The Na Boleslavce bus stop is five minutes from the house. You can reach the metro station C Ládví or Letňany. There is also a shopping center where you can shop, visit the water park, multiplex cinema and ice rink. The village has a multifunctional and volleyball court.
