About the project:

The development project Houses Herink offers housing within reach of Prague, at the same time it is set in the rich nature of the village Herink, which is located in the Central Bohemian Region, district Prague - East. The village is rich in ponds, draws, mature trees and meadows. 107 houses are spread along Dlouhá Street. The project of Euro nemovitosti sro was built in three stages.

Houses:

Herink houses have layouts from 3 + kk to 5 + kk and 5 + 1 with areas of 72 - 140 m2. The house has a concrete foundation slab with a radar barrier. The load-bearing walls of the walls are made of ceramic fittings, the inner partitions are made of ceramic partitions. The house is insulated with white polystyrene. The roofing is made of black concrete tiles without a window and chimney. Windows and doors to the balcony are plastic, with six-chamber profiles. The front door has security class II. The interior of the house includes white doors in facing frames and with rosette fittings. The floors are composed of Barkotex floor covering. Other rooms such as the kitchen or bathroom and the hall have ceramic tiles. Heating is solved by a gas boiler with instantaneous DHW heater. The heat is conducted to the rooms by plate radiators. The bathroom and toilet have ceramic tiles, the bathroom has a bath, wall-hung toilet, white sink and lever faucet. A fire detector and fire extinguisher are also included. In particular, it is possible to buy a garage, or you can park on the grass paving at the house.

Location:

The village of Herink belongs to the district of Prague-East and offers very attractive living in the countryside. Herink Houses are located in Dlouhá Street, which is a very quiet part of this village. Culture, entertainment and sports can be found in the next village. In the center of Herink there is a playground, shop, wine shop, salt cave, where you can treat yourself to massages and yoga or buy cosmetics. Everything is five minutes from your house.

The surrounding villages are Říčany, Čestlice ,. Jesenice and Dobřejovice. Kindergartens are in Modletice, which is five minutes by car, then in Říčany (20 min.). The primary school is in Čestlice, Průhonice and Říčany, you can drive everywhere within twenty minutes. You can find medical care in the Průhonice health center and in Říčany, where there is also a hospital (all within 20 minutes by car). You can go shopping in Průhonice or Říčany (15-20 minutes by car). Aquapark Čestlice is ten minutes away by car. There is a swimming pool, wellness and relaxation center in Říčany. Pruhonice Park and the castle are a thirty minute walk from the complex of houses. There is also a bike path. You can drive to the D1 motorway, exit 11, and drive to the city center in around 25 minutes. In the village there is a line 363 to the metro station Opatov, which can be reached in 35 minutes, as well as bus No. 428 to Jesenice and Říčany. Prague is 13 km from Herink.
