Green Backyard – a RSQ firm project

About the project:

The Green Backyard development project combines modern and healthy living. The house with four floors offers 15 apartments with layouts from 2 + kk to 3 + kk with an area of 45 - 134 m2. Residents will receive housing overlooking the greenery, private terrace, front garden. Living in an apartment with a recuperation unit ensures fresh air, which is especially appreciated by allergy sufferers, and even in winter you can sleep peacefully with the windows closed without suffering from a lack of air. The apartments will have oak wood floors, Italian tiles and tiling in the bathrooms and toilets.

The Green Backyard residence is located in Holešovičky Street, Prague 8 - Libeň. The new building is near the exit to the city ring and the Blanka tunnel. You can easily and quickly get anywhere in Prague, you will also take the D8, D10, D11 motorways. A few minutes walk from the house there is a bus stop and a tram stop Vychovatelna. 10 minutes from the house is the kindergarten in Koráb and ZŠ U školské zahrady. In terms of services, there is a forest park Truhlářka - Bílá skála, bowling Troja, swimming pool Stírka, Aquacentrum Šutka, solarium Fitness BBC with swimming pool in a narrow circle from the residence.
