Holečkova House – a SATPO firm project

About the project:

Holečkova House is a new development project located in Holečkova Street in Prague 5 - Smíchov. The project includes not only new apartments, but also commercial premises, which are also built to the highest standards. The developer emphasizes current trends and thoughtful dispositions. In just a few minutes by car you can reach the Strahov tunnel and the entrance to the city ring road. Nearby is a famous cultural monument - Villa Bertramka, the place of residence of the Austrian composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in Prague. In the vicinity of Anděl, you will also find plenty of options for where to go for culture: for example, the Smíchov Švanda Theater and the Cinema City Anděl cinema.
