About the project:

The unique development project of the construction company YIT Stavo sro Koivu Zličín was created in the former premises of the company Vodní Zdroje Praha in Křivatcová Street in the city district of Prague 5 - Zličín. The modern development of 11 low-energy new buildings with a quiet courtyard, which with their urban-architectural character fit well into the existing residential construction, meets the requirements for comfortable modern living. The residential complex is inspired by the Nordic style of living, it is built in the intimate spirit, with plenty of greenery for rest and relaxation. The primary and kindergarten for your children is located in Nedašovská Street (935 m, 14 minutes on foot), the kindergarten can also be found in Hevlínská Street (464 m, 8 minutes). Medical care is provided, for example, by the Řepy polyclinic (2.5 km), which can be reached by car in 6 minutes or by bus line 164 in 9 minutes.

You can go for a walk to the park Na Prameništi (660 m) with a playground, or to one of the surrounding ponds: the nearest pond Hliník is barely 200 m away, Velký rybník (Dolejšák) is 628 m away, to Návesní (605 m) you can walk Hrozenkovská street.
