Maison 1832 – a GARTAL Holding a.s. company project

For the Maison 1832 project, the development and investment company GARTAL chose a corner house at the intersection of Tyršova and Legerova streets in the Prague 2 - Nové Město district, in the immediate vicinity of Royal Vinohrady. As part of the reconstruction of the historic Neo-Renaissance house, 36 luxuriously furnished units were created - studios with a layout of 1 + kk - 2 + kk with an area of 18.23 m2 - 54.57 m2. The equipment of the studios is really above standard: three-layer wooden floating floors, tiles and paving with a marble design, equipment from the company Villeroy & Boch, which is a leader in its field and guarantees exceptional quality. The six units have a balcony. The vegetarian restaurant Etnosvět is located on the 1st floor of the building.

In terms of civic amenities and transport accessibility, the Maison 1832 project is implemented in an ideal location. All around the residence you will find shops and services of all kinds. The location on the border of Nové Město and Vinohrady is full of life, so it is also extremely well provided by public transport. The metro station of line C “IP Pavlova” (entrance from Legerova street) is 315 meters away from the entrance to the house, to the metro station of route A “Náměstí Míru” it is about 406 m. In both places you will also find tram stops, another tram stop "Brussels" is located 360 m from the house.

If you need schools for your children, you will find several of them in the vicinity of the residence: Londýnská Primary School (427 m, 7 minutes walk), special primary school for the visually impaired on náměstí Míru (523 m, 8 minutes on foot), Čtyřlístek Kindergarten (447 m, 7 minutes), primary school, kindergarten and grammar school at the Jewish community in Prague (518 meters, 8 minutes), Archbishop's grammar school on the corner of Francouzská and Korunní streets (776 meters, 12 minutes) and many others. There are also a number of medical facilities in this part of the city, especially teaching hospitals. Here you will find, among other things, a gynecological and obstetric clinic, the Provincial Maternity Hospital, the Institute of Sexology, the Department of Urology, the Psychiatric Clinic, the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, all within a 20-minute walk.

There are various markets around Maison 1832, as well as tea rooms, cafés and restaurants. You will also find a number of cultural facilities, art galleries and, above all, theaters. The Vinohrady Theater is only a 10-minute walk from the house (720 m), and the D21 Theater in Záhřebská Street is a 12-minute walk (765 m).

You can relax from the daily hustle and bustle of the big city in one of the parks, of which there are surprisingly many near the house. Catherine's Garden with the Church of St. Catherine of Alexandria (830 m) is a 14-minute walk away. From here you can continue to the Botanical Garden (285m, 4 minutes). Park Ztracenka (915 m) will delight your children with a traffic playground, followed by the Albertov and Folimanka parks with a lookout point, an outdoor gym and a children's playground. The Na Karlově and Nad Bělehradskou parks are also within walking distance. It is the number of green zones in the middle of the hectic city that is one of the significant positives of this locality.
