About the project:

The new development project Nad Volyňkou includes three apartment buildings, which are located in Františka Diviše Street, in Prague - Uhříněves. This residential area belongs to the city district of Prague 22 and the city district of Prague 10. On the one hand there is peace and quiet, rich greenery, on the other hand there is a district with family houses. The houses have reinforced concrete foundations, brick masonry. The building is marked with an energy label B. Entry into the house is possible only with chips. The common areas have large-format tiles, lighting with a motion sensor and elevators. The entrance to the house is remote controlled. The apartments have front gardens, which are fenced. The houses have a total of 116 residential units with 2 + kk with a floor area of 56-79 m2. The apartments have a cellar, parking space, terrace or balcony. The basic equipment includes its own heat measurement, central heating, modern data distribution, telephone services and satellite TV.

The houses from the Nad Volyňkou development project are located in a location with full civic amenities. About 50 m from the villas is the bus stop Na Blanici, from where there is a bus to the metro station C Haje. From here you can reach the center of Prague in less than twenty minutes. Within walking distance are kindergartens and primary schools, cinemas, doctors, theater and museum. You can actively spend your free time in the area of the Botič-Milíčov nature park, which can be reached on foot in five minutes. In Uhříněves there is the Říčanka nature park, the Nadýmač and Vodice ponds. Nearby is the Hostivař dam with a forest park, which can be reached by car in three minutes.
