About the project:

The new attractive development project Nová Koulka is built in Křížkovská Street, in Prague 5 - Smíchov. There is a bus stop three minutes from the house, trams can be reached in five minutes to the Křížová stop or further to the Radlická footbridge, where there is a Plzeňka stop (12 minutes). You can get to the center by car along Radlická Street in two minutes. You can also drive to OC Nový Smíchov in 6 minutes. There is, among other things, Cinema City or restaurants, bars, shops. The theater is closest to Štefánikova Street, a 24-minute walk away. The center can be reached by metro from Anděl station in a quarter of an hour.
