About the project:

The Nová Úpická development project is located in Národních hrdinů Street, Prague 9, Dolní Počernice, and offers 44 new apartments and non-residential premises. Galstian & Galstian Group sro is behind this project. In the first stage, 44 terraced houses and 6 semi-detached houses were introduced, and in the second and third stages, 5 apartment buildings with 201 flats and non-residential premises will be built.

The houses are designed as 4 + kk, 4 + kk / L, 5 + kk and 5 + kk / L with a garden and front garden. The area of the houses is from 136 to 154 m2. The area of the gardens will be 189 to 386 m2. In addition, each house will have a spacious garage, a combined gas boiler, quality doors, floors, sanitary ware and tiles.

The project called Nová Úpická is set in a beautiful landscape, where not far from the house is the castle Dolní Počernice, which stands in the park. You can go for walks to the Počernice pond. In the park near Čeňek you will find many opportunities for sports activities. If you want to have fun, then just go to the nearby Černý Most shopping center, where there is a multiplex cinema. A three-minute drive will take you to Black Bridge Golf Resort, where beginners and advanced players can play. In Dolní Počernice you will find both schools and a kindergarten, a general practitioner and supermarkets. Transport accessibility is solved by bus stops, or in less than 10 minutes walk to the train station. There is a bus stop two minutes' walk away, from where you can reach Palmovka or Želivského. Excellent transport accessibility will allow you to easily and relatively quickly get to the center of Prague.
