About the project:

The development work of the Castle View Residence was established in Prague 4, Kavčí hory, Na Hřebenech Street. It is a set of five new houses with rectangular or square floor plans. Two houses are five-storey, three of them have six floors. In total, there are 48 residential units with an area layout of 2 + kk to 5 + kk with a floor area of 53 - 283 m2. Each of the apartments has a parking space and a cellar. The houses have a reinforced concrete structure and large glazed areas. The floors in the rooms are three-layer floating floors. The windows are aluminum with triple glazing. From the outside, there are aluminum blinds on the windows with electric drive. Heating is solved by a boiler room with two boilers, which heat the heating water. Each apartment has ISAN radiators and floor convectors.
