About the project:

We present to you the Milíčov Forest project, which is located in Újezd u Průhonice, Prague 11, district of Prague 4. It is a closed complex, which consists of 30 terraced houses, which are built in a modern style. The individual houses were designed by the architects of the ADIKON studio, who created houses that offer a large usable space at very attractive prices.

Each new building has two floors, where inside you will find four separate rooms, large living room, kitchenette and dining room, there is a bathroom, garage. Each house has its own fenced garden. The houses are designed as a 5 + kk with a terrace, laundry room, toilet and bathroom, with a total area of 116 m2.

Heating in the houses is solved by a gas condensing boiler. Laufen and Grohe products are installed in the bathrooms. The floors are equipped with floating laminate floors, in the hallway and in the bathroom there are large-format tiles and ceramic tiles. Plastic windows with insulating double glazing prevent heat leakage. The houses are being built on a turnkey basis, the completion of the project is scheduled for spring 2021.

The main reason for buying this property is not only excellent transport accessibility, but also beautiful surroundings full of greenery. The houses are approached from Formanská Street. In the vicinity you will find OC Chodov, hypermarket, pharmacy, post office and health center. Three minutes from the house is the primary school to Kateřinky, there is also a kindergarten within reach.
