Rezidence Čertův vršek – a Skanska Home Center company project

The Čertův vršek residence can be found in Na Stráži Street in the Prague 8-Libeň district. It is a project of Skanska and represents 39 new housing units with a layout of 1 + kk to 5 + kk and an area from 45.6 m2 to 177.3 m2. The residential complex consists of six architecturally unique new buildings, which have three or four floors and each of them has only two apartments. Apartment owners can expect comfortable living with maximum safety and well-being. The buildings form two parallel lines, between them there is an alley that leads to the garden. The complex provides other conveniences that will make life more pleasant for residents: windows with lowered window sills provide more light, outdoor shading technology will maintain the optimal temperature in the apartment. There are also a bicycle and pram shed or showers for washing prams and bicycles or for showering dogs.

The whole complex is implemented with great respect for the environment: solar panels are installed on the roof for domestic hot water heating, the project envisages the use of rainwater. Thanks to this and also thanks to the insulation of buildings and the use of windows equipped with triple glazing, the building has a declared energy intensity of B.

The city part of Prague 8-Libeň, where the Čertův vršek Residence is located, is a location with very good civic amenities. Only 1 km away is the kindergarten and primary school Litvínovská, for shopping and various services you can use the department store Ládví (3.5 km), shopping center Fénix (3.8 km) or nearby Kaufland (3.3 km). Only 650 m from the residence is the hospital Bulovka.

In the immediate vicinity of the residence, only 617 m away you will find the park Pekařka, a place for relaxation and walks with the family. About 1 km from the residential complex stands Sportcentrum Prosek with the opportunity to try a variety of sports, such as tennis, basketball, football or soccer. About the same distance is Sportcentrum Koráb, where you can use beach volleyball courts and a five-a-side football pitch. TJ Sokol Vysočany with other sports facilities is only 4.6 km from the residence and 4.3 km away is the fitness center Fit Wellness Fitness. For culture, you can go, for example, to the Theater under Palmovka.
