Rezidence Florian – a Svoboda & Williams firm project

About the project:

The Florian Rezidence boutique project is located on the border of the royal Vinohrady in the place where it borders the famous Žižkov. Here are several functionalist apartment buildings from the 1930s, one of which with no. 144 on Vinohradská třída is owned by Carmenia as. The spacious First Republic apartments in the house have been completely renovated and modernized to meet the requirements of the current quality of living. Thanks to an extensive and thorough reconstruction, 13 above-standard housing units with a layout of 2 + kk and 3 + kk were created in this seven-storey building, most of the apartments have balconies or a spacious terrace. There were also two commercial spaces in the house. The inhabitants of the house have at their disposal a revitalized area of the courtyard, where a relaxing garden was created. Here you can meet neighbors, for example, during a barbecue.

Residence Florian is in the immediate vicinity of a busy traffic junction at the Flora Shopping Center. Thanks to this, the location is very well accessible by public transport and cars, the civic amenities in the area are also excellent. Nevertheless, the house offers quiet living, in a private garden in the courtyard you will not even believe that you are only a few meters from a busy street. The metro station of route A "Flora" is less than 100 m from the residence, the tram stop in the direction of IP Pavlova is the same distance, in the direction of Strašnice there is a stop right in front of the house. Nearby is the bus stop Jičínská, only 192 m from the house.

Thanks to the Flora shopping and cultural center, all services are provided, including the Cinema City Flora multiplex cinema. Basically everything is within reach, the post office is only 102 m from the house, kindergarten and primary school on the square of George of Lobkovice (385 m), restaurants, cafes and bistros are in the vicinity. For active activities, there are playgrounds and several fitness centers. For relaxation and rest, you will find several parks at a distance of 1 - 2 km from the Florian residence: Riegerovy sady (1,5 km), Rajská zahrada (1,7 km), Mahlerovy sady (1,5 km) or Svatopluk Čech (1 km) ). For culture, thanks to public transport, you can get to any part of Prague in a relatively short time, the closest are, of course, the theaters in Vinohrady and Žižkov.
