About the project:

Residence Gregorius is located in Prague's Žižkov and offers housing in the center of the capital. The closed block is situated between Příběnická, Řehořova and Seifertova streets. The house dates from the late 19th century, is newly renovated, while retaining its original character. The house has 13 apartments and also two studios from 1 + kk to 4 + kk, so individuals and large families will find a place to live here. The largest apartment can be supplemented with a garage for a car, which is in the house. Other residents can park on the street. In the courtyard there are trees and gardens.

The Military Historical Institute is just as far. Vítkov Hill is an ideal place for walks. Olšanka Sports Center with a swimming pool offers activities for the whole family. It is 9 minutes by tram. The primary and kindergarten is located in Vlkova Street, which is a ten minute walk.
