About the project:

The Heřmanka Residence project of the development company Capital for you sro in Prague 7 offers housing according to the latest fashion trends and was created by the reconstruction of a neoclaicist apartment building, where the requirement meets the demands of modern man. The facade of the house is newly renovated, preserving the original architectural elements. The original casement windows and entrance doors were replaced by replicas. There is a newly built elevator for barrier-free access to all floors. The house has seven floors, a total of 22 housing units, most of which are three-room apartments. The layout of the apartments is 1+ kk to 3+ kk with a floor area of 22 - 107 m2.

The Heřmanka residence is located in Heřmanova Street, Prague 7, Holešovice. Near the house is the park Stromovka and Letenské sady.
