About the project:

A residential project called Magnolia grew up in the village of Libiš. It is a representative of hotel-type housing, which is intended for all generations. The house has a reception and many other services. You can choose from 70 residential units 1 + kk and 2 + kk in a barrier-free area with an elevator.

Residence Magnolie includes 70 apartments with a large garden and a wide range of services and is located in the village of Libiš, which is 12 km from Prague and 7 km from Mělník. The village has about 2700 inhabitants and there are full civic amenities. There is also a primary school, health center, post office and shops. There is a bus stop 50 m from the residence. You have to walk 450 m to the train station. 20 m from the building there is a park and a large nature reserve Černínovsko. Neratovice Hospital is a ten-minute walk away. Within walking distance are two kindergartens, elementary art school, grammar school Fr. Palackého. You can go for sports on the football field, swimming pool and ice rink. Grocery store is only 50 m from the house. There are many historical monuments in the area that are worth a visit.
