Rezidence Neklanka – a Geosan Development a.s. company project

The development project of Geosan Development (BRG Kappa), the Neklanka residence, is located in Na Neklance Street in the Prague 5-Smíchov district. The residential complex consists of two four-storey houses with a square floor plan with 31 residential units with a layout of 1 + kk - 4 + kk and an area from 30 m2 to 117 m2. The houses are sensitively set in the surrounding nature, which is still plentiful in this part of Prague. The location offers within one kilometer of several kindergartens, state and private elementary school and grammar school Na Zatlance (1.3 km).

In Radlická Street you will find a number of shops and services. You can reach the Angel in 10 minutes by tram, where you have a large shopping center, the Kartouzská Polyclinic (1.7 km) and cultural activities such as Cinema City. There are also a number of cultural and historical monuments in Prague 5 that you can visit during family walks: the Smíchov Municipal Monument Zone (1.7 km), Villa Bertramka (1.8 km) or the Kingdom of Railways (1.4 km). You can play sports in several facilities, the Nikolajka winter stadium offers skating for the public as well as a figure skating and hockey club, in Motol you will find a golf course, in SK Motorlet Praha (at the Radlická metro station) there is a swimming pool.
