About the project:
The development project of Geosan Development (BRG Kappa), the Neklanka residence, is located in Na Neklance Street in the Prague 5-Smíchov district. The residential complex consists of two four-storey houses with a square floor plan with 31 residential units with a layout of 1 + kk - 4 + kk and an area from 30 m2 to 117 m2.
