About the project:

The Obecní dvůr residence combines history with modern trends in living. The Old Town is the place where a luxury complex was built, which includes parking spaces and a private garden for moments of relaxation. The reconstruction of the house leaves the locality called the Prague Stínadla in the genium loci locality, named after the Quick Arrows. In this residence there are 12 apartments in three historic houses and one new building, which is connected by a green courtyard intended only for residents. The complex of luxury apartments was designed by Ricard Boffil, a popular architect. One to three storey residences with an area of 131 to 412 m2 bring brand new luxury housing. The developer is Around Inside.

The Obecní dvůr residence is characterized by an elegant design with a touch of history. Thanks to the location of Prague's Old Town, it breathes on you from all corners. During the reconstruction, the original historical elements in the form of vaulted ceilings, exposed beams or windows have been preserved. The apartments have solid wood floors, Venetian stucco walls, glass and steel stairs, spot lights, bathrooms equipped with Laufen and Agape ceramics, mosaics. Heating can be set individually, the house is connected to the central security desk. There is an elevator, 24-hour service and security system throughout the complex.

History:

The Obecní dvůr residence was built on the site of the original farm buildings from the 17th and 19th centuries. It is located in Josefov in the Old Town and is bordered by U obecního dvora and Ve stínadlech streets, as well as U milosrdných and Kozí ulička streets. The individual buildings are of various ages, in the Baroque, Classicist or Gothic style. The municipal house used to serve as an economic background. There used to be a brewery, a malt house, a large garden and also cloth shops, and horses owned by the Old Town of Prague were housed here. In the 1920s. It served as the Royal Fire Armory.
