At the intersection of Písková and Československého exilu streets in the Prague 12-Modřany district, you will find a new development project, Rezidence Písková by Crescon. The design of the residence was created by Ing. Petr Holub from the ARTPROJEKT JIHLAVA studio. The new building consists of four sections with five or six above-ground and two underground floors. Each section is entered through a separate entrance, they have their own staircase and elevator. The building has a total of 55 residential units with a layout from 1 + kk to 4 + kk with an area of 28m2 - 116 m2. The apartments 2 + kk - 4 + kk have a cellar, which is located in the basement. Rezidence Písková is located in a sought-after location near Modřanská ravine, it is really close to nature. At the same time, this part of the city is very well accessible by road and all civic amenities are provided here. The residential complex is only 170 meters from the Písková bus stop and about 500 m from the Poliklinika Modřany tram stop. The Prague-Modřany Railway Station is only 1.6 km away. You can do your usual shopping in the Billa supermarket (785 m) or in the Modřany Shopping Center or in the Sofia Passage on Sofijské náměstí (820 m).
