The next stage of the Rajská zahrada II development project is located in Dobrovolného Street, Prague 9, Prague 14 Administrative District - Černý most. More than 300 new flats were built within the entire project. The new house with four above-ground and one underground floor is set close to the greenery and offers eight residential units. The house is not connected to any building. The apartments in the Rajská zahrada II residential complex, section C, have a layout from 1 + kk to 3 + kk and a floor area of 30.96 - 66.30 m2. The apartments on the first floor have front gardens, on the 4th floor there are terraces, the other apartments have a balcony. Each apartment also has a cellar, garage. The house has a carriage house and a cleaning room. The house has reinforced concrete ceilings and a flat roof with plastic foil. The interior has gypsum plaster, floating laminate floors, plastic windows.

The Rajská zahrada II residential complex, section C, has a convenient location. The metro station of line B is only a five-minute walk away. Two minutes from the house is a bus stop with bus lines 141, 223, 224. The advantage for car owners is the connection to the D11 motorway in the direction of Hradec Králové and the expressway in the direction of Mladá Boleslav. The South Junction is a five-minute drive from the house.

The Municipal Library is located in Generála Janoušek Street. For culture, the locals otherwise travel to the center of Prague, which is fifteen minutes by car. The nearest theater is the Horní Počernice Theater, a 12-minute drive away. There is a lot of greenery behind the house, because the house stands on the edge of the Klánovice-Čihadla nature park. This park is the largest in Prague and has an area of 2222 ha. There are bike paths, footpaths and an educational trail. The tennis hall is located in Bratří Venclíků Street, which is a ten-minute walk away. Next to the Rajská zahrada tennis hall is Spectrum Praha Softball. Just a ten minute drive and you will come to the Black Bride Golf Resort on National Heroes Street. The Hloubětín Swimming and Sports Complex can be reached by bus in 10 minutes. About 12 minutes walk from the house is Kyjský pond, which is a natural swimming pool. The kindergarten is three minutes from the house, the elementary school is on the same street, just four minutes away. You can shop in the Albert store, which is ten minutes away from the house, or you can drive to the Černý most shopping center, where there are shops such as Ikea, Makro, Hornbach, but there is also a multiplex cinema and a gym. Healthcare is represented here by the Prosek polyclinic in Lovosická Street.
