Rezidence Sluncová is a new project in Prague's Karlín in U sluncové Street. There are a total of 228 new housing units with 1 + kk to 4 + kk.

Location:

There are many sights in Prague 8 - Karlín that can be reached within a 20-minute walk from the project, such as the Negrelli Railway Viaduct, Těšnov Railway Station, Northwest Railway Customs and the Karlín Theater, which can be reached by metro from Invalidovna Station in 12 minutes.
