About the project:

Residence Soběslavská 21 is a newly renovated apartment building in Prague 3 - Vinohrady. It is a very nice six-storey building from the time when the residential district of Královské Vinohrady acquired its current face. During the reconstruction, all interesting architectural elements have been preserved, especially the extension on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, which carries a balcony on the consoles on the 3rd floor. The building thus retains its character while offering modern living in a district near the center of Prague.
