Rezidence Sobín is a new residential complex in Prague 5 - Zličín. The author of the proposal is Ing. Arch. Jarmila Kaplanová from Atelier Agora. The residential complex has 20,374 m2 and a total of ten houses A1, A2-I and the eleventh house in the form of a villa is not included in the sum of the total area. Buildings B to F are townhouses and buildings G and H are semi-detached houses. There are a total of 90 housing units. Buildings A1, A2 and I, also part of villa E, are buildings with commercial areas. There is also a kindergarten in house A1 in the complex. There are parking spaces in each building.
