About the project:

PSN's new development project was created on the border of Prague's Žižkov and Vinohrady, in Prague 3. The reconstructed three-storey apartment building offers 16 new housing units. The house was completely renovated, but also a floor with apartments was built and an elevator was built. The house has a partial basement. An attic was created on the level of the 4th floor, which offers cozy living. Due to its age, the house has an energy label D.

Apartments:

The newly renovated apartment building Rezidence u Bojovníka offers 16 apartments 1 + kk to 3 + kk. The total area of apartments is 20 - 69.9 m2. Each apartment unit has a cellar. On the ground floor of the building is a retail space of 170.9 m2. Parking is possible on the premises through a platform stacking system.

Location:

The development project Rezidence U bojovníka is located in the heart of the metropolis, it belongs to Prague 3. It is located directly on the border of parts of Vinohrady and Žižkov. Very attractive location will allow you to live in complete comfort. The house dates from the end of the 19th century, yet thanks to the reconstruction you will feel like in a new building. There are many important monuments in the area. One of them is the three-nave church of St. Prokop, whose construction took place between 1899 and 1903. It is located on Sladkovského náměstí, which can be reached by tram in a few minutes. You can walk there in 11 minutes. A little closer is the church of St. Rocha, which is five minutes from the house. You will not be deprived of experiences even in terms of culture. Here you will find the Jára Cimrman Theater in Štítného Street. The journey will take you 14 minutes on foot. The Ponec Theater is a 22-minute walk away. Cinema City Flora and Imax are located in Flora Palace by the metro station. It is a seven-minute walk away. You can watch art cinema at the Aero cinema. The cinema is only a 9-minute drive from the house. 6 minutes walk from the house is Mahlerovy sady with Zizkov tower (216 m). Four minutes from the house are Olšany cemeteries. You will find greenery and peace in the Parukářka park or on the Vítkov hill, where you can also see the army museum and walk to it in less than half an hour. In the Olšanka Sports Center you will find a sauna, a gym, massages, badminton courts and a swimming pool. The journey takes six minutes on foot. There are many other sports facilities in the area, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The kindergarten is a minute by car from the house in Sudoměřská street, another is in the car street (14 minutes on foot). The nearest elementary school is five minutes from the house. The Agel Polyclinic in Italská Street is also nearby, which can be reached by tram in 15 minutes. There are also ATMs, banks, restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping malls in the area, such as the Atrium Flora, which is only a seven-minute walk away. It is the same distance to the Flora metro station, or you can walk to Olšanské náměstí in three minutes, from where trams run in the direction of the Hostivař railway station. From Vinohradská Street, tram No. 11 goes to Spořilov. From the Olšanské náměstí there is also a bus 175 to the Petrovice housing estate. By car you can easily get to Vinohrady and further to the museum, where you connect to the main road. If you are heading from the city, go to Žižkov to Koněvova street. Here you connect to Spojovací, which leads to the road from the city.
