About the project:

Thanks to the Jenštejn Family Houses project, you can live in the countryside and at the same time be within reach of the capital. This development project is located in Hradní and Zlatnická streets in Jenštejn, ie right in the heart of this beautiful village. Jenštejn is located between Vinoří and Horní Počernice, northeast of Prague. New buildings consist of multi-storey terraced houses. A total of 50 of them will be created in two stages. The company Amadet as also offers terraced houses and semi-detached houses, in which there are 4 + kk flats with a floor area from 87.9 to 99.6 m2. Each house also has a plot of land with an area of 154 - 340 m2. The price includes a garden and outdoor parking space and a terrace with a garden house. The land is fenced with plastic mesh to a height of 1.2 m. The foundation strips of the house are made of concrete and pouring concrete blocks. The perimeter walls are made of sand-lime blocks and aerated concrete. The flat roof is complemented by a PVC waterproofing foil. External plasters are designed as acrylic, with wood paneling of lacquered spruce. The bathroom and toilet are lined with tiles and paving. Heating is solved by means of a condensing gas boiler, plate radiators. The entrance door has a 3rd class security insert. The windows are white, plastic, with insulating double glazing. The house is energy efficient.

Family houses from the Jenštejn Family Houses project are located in Hradní and Zlatnická streets in the village of Jenštejn. Here you will find northeast of Prague. You can drive to metro B Černý most or metro C, Letňany in 10 minutes. Suburban bus lines 367, 376 and 378 run to Jenštejn. Jenštejn is within reach of the R10 road and you will connect to the D8. Healthcare is an 8-minute drive from Černý most, where the Parník Polyclinic is located. There are also plenty of cultural opportunities in the area - the Ctěnice chateau complex is only an 8-minute drive away. The Horní Počernice Theater is within the same driving distance. It is a 10-minute drive to the cinema, where you can visit the CineStar cinema at the Černý most shopping center.

Families with children will not suffer here. There is a kindergarten directly in the village, an elementary school with a dining room is being built in the next village. Children from Jenštejn will be taken to school by a school bus. In the future, the construction of a primary school in the village is planned.

Sports facilities include tennis courts, playgrounds and two ponds. There is a sports center and a children's park in Radonice, a 2-minute drive away. Golf lovers have ten minutes by car to Mstětice, where there is a pleasant green.
