Smart Byty – a Trigema Development s.r.o. firm project

About the project:

The Smart flats development project was implemented in two stages and belongs to the administration of Trigema. Within its framework, two apartment buildings were built with a total of 270 new housing units. 141 flats were built in the first stage and 141 flats in the second stage. The area with Smart apartments offers high standards of living. There is also, for example, a recuperation system, wiring for technologies enabling intelligent living. Commercial buildings and a gallery connected to the café were also created within the buildings.

Apartments:

The Smart Apartments residential project offers a total of 270 apartments 1 + kk to 4 + kk with a usable area of 28.8 - 141.1 m2. The apartments are prepared so that they can be connected or disconnected if necessary. The price of the apartment includes a cellar, garden, terrace or balcony. The garage belongs to the apartment, but is paid separately.

The new Smart Apartments housing offers you a choice of 270 apartments with layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk and a usable area of 28.8 m2 to 141.2 m2. Another advantage of the project is modular housing. The new flats are designed so that it is possible to connect or disconnect them without great costs. The price of the apartment includes a cellar, the possible price of a garden, terrace or balcony. The garage is also an integral part of the apartment, but is not included in the basic price of the apartment.

Location:

The Smart Apartments project is located in Prague 5 - Nové Butovice, where you will find both rich greenery and varied civic amenities and all services, including public transport. The Nové Butovice metro station is only three minutes from the new buildings and the Hůrka stop is 10 minutes away. The city center or Václav Havel Airport can be reached in a quarter of an hour. In the vicinity there is a school, kindergarten, high school, clinic, Prague 13 city hall, banks, post office, restaurants. The shopping center Nové Butovice is ten minutes from the house. It is only three minutes to the Tesco Express supermarket. There are also parks within walking distance.
