Truhlárna – a REALISM Development company project

About the project:

The Top Estates carpentry development project consists of four generously designed family houses in Za Strahovem Street in the Prague 6 - Břevnov district. The new houses offer housing of the highest quality, with maximum comfort and the benefits of city life in an environment reminiscent of peaceful countryside. The unique project of a block of family houses came from the architectural studio under-construction architects, the gardens are the work of Atelier Flera and the interiors were designed by interior architects Jestico + Whiles. Two family houses are available 6 + kk (250.9 m2 and 270.75 m2) and two houses available 5 + kk (225.85 and 209.6 m2). All houses have underground garages and roof terraces with breathtaking views of the whole of Prague. Each house also has its own heating boiler and a personal elevator.

The Truhlárna project won the prestigious title "Best of Real Estate 2018" in the Small-Scale Residential Projects category.

Location:

The Truhlárna residential project grew up in a residential area of quiet Břevnov full of greenery, yet it is within reach of dynamic Smíchov and thanks to the nearby entrance to the Strahov tunnel (4 minutes) and other parts of Prague. Excellent civic amenities and especially transport accessibility make this location a very popular place for quiet, comfortable living. In 7 minutes you can walk to the tram stop "Drinopol", from where you can get in 12 minutes to the metro station line A "Malostranská" or in 10 minutes to the station "Hradčanská". The bus stop "Televizní věž" is also a 7-minute walk away and connects Václav Havel Airport and OC Šestka (24 minutes drive) with Smíchov Anděl (11 minutes).

Kindergartens and primary schools for your children can be found in Jílkova Street (13 minutes on foot, 4 minutes by car). Medical services will be provided by the Pod Marjánkou polyclinic (12 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car). Regular shopping can be arranged at the nearby Billa supermarket (10 minutes on foot) or at Kaufland in Bělohorská Street (7 minutes by car). You will drive to OC Nový Smíchov for the same length of time.

The surroundings of Břevnov are rich in cultural monuments, only 18 minutes walk to the Strahov Monastery. The walk to the Břevnov Monastery takes 17 minutes. Near the residence there is also Petřínské sady with a lookout tower and a maze, to which a cable car will take you. You can walk to Petřín in about half an hour, but you can use the PID and take the tram to the foot of Petřín to the Újezd station (17 minutes drive). Another park, Ladronka, is only a 4-minute drive away.

If you want to do sports, there are tennis courts in Diskařská Street (665 m), a fitness center in Bělohorská Street (820 m) or the Na Petynce swimming pool (1.3 km). You can also drive to the Hvězda park (4 km, 7 minutes by car) and enjoy outdoor sports activities.
