U Studánky – a FRED'S, s.r.o. firm project

About the project:

In U studánky Street in Prague's Bubeneč, two apartment buildings were reconstructed as part of a project by Freds sro Two houses with a rich history, dating from the 1920s, have retained their historic character. The facade on the street side has been renovated, yet its original style has been preserved. The facade in the courtyard has been insulated and is lined with wood. As part of the reconstruction, the windows and doors were replaced, a hydraulic lift was built and it is possible to spend free time in the yard. Covered garages have been built in the basement of both houses.

Apartments:

The apartments from the U Studánky project have a layout of 2 + kk to 5 + kk on six floors. In total, there are twenty housing units, whose usable area is 52 - 122 m2. In the basement there is also a dentist's office with an area of 166 m2 and an office. The apartments are delivered in the final design, or in the Shell and core variant, ie completion according to the wishes of the future owner. The apartments include both garage parking and terraces, balconies, loggias. Everything is already included in the price.

Location:

U studánky is a residential area located in Prague 7 - Bubeneč, near Stromovka Park. Here you can spend your free time alone or with your family in sports and relaxation. It is also close to the Exhibition Grounds, Marold's Panorama or the Planetarium. You can also visit the botanical and zoological gardens. Letenské sady are just five minutes away. The nearest metro station Vltavská is a 10-minute walk from the residence. A direct bus connection takes you to the center in a few minutes. In a narrow circle there is also a school, kindergarten, shops, doctors, restaurants, cafes and much more.
