Velvaria Residence – a VI Group CZ s.r.o. firm project

About the project:

Residence Velvaria is a residential complex with three five-storey wings, which offers a total of 234 new housing units with a layout from 1 + kk to 4 + kk with an area of 21.9 - 102.1 m2. Each apartment will have its own terrace or balcony, the ground floor apartments have private front gardens, there will be underground garages or parking spaces around the building. The central wing of the residence offers a range of amenities. The first phase of the project is to be moved in at the turn of the year 2021/2022.

Location:

The Velvaria Rezidence development project is located on the northwestern edge of Prague, in the suburban village of Horoměřice, in Velvarská Street. The intention is to combine the benefits of rural living with the accessibility of the city center, which can be easily reached within 20 minutes. Part of the residential complex will be a park directly in the area, a sports ground and a relaxation zone.

The advantage of the location is its transport accessibility. It is only 8 km to Václav Havel Airport, and you can easily reach the D1 motorway from here along the Prague ring road. From Horoměřice, you can reach the Dejvická metro station, line A in 15 minutes by public transport.

Kindergarten and primary school are 1 km away from the residence, 500 meters away you will find the Lidl supermarket. The medical center with general practitioners is currently 1.2 km from the residence, but in the future medical services will be located directly in the residential complex. For sports and relaxation you can use the relaxation park Modrá stodola (1.2 km), swimming pool Divoká Šárka (5.8 km), or Údolní nádrž Džbán (7.6 km). The sports complex, including tennis courts and a park, will also be part of the residential complex.

For culture, you have to go to the center of Prague, the nearest bus stop Horomerice, V lipkach, but is only 570 m from the residence, exit to the center and Prague only 73 m. There is a library in the village (1.4 km), less than a kilometer from the complex Horomerice chateau.
