View Spořilov – a K&K Invest Group firm project

About the project:

The View Spořilov project offers housing for singles, young couples, seniors and families with children. The house is located in Prague 4 - Záběhlice. It is located in the countryside, includes 68 residential units. The flats usually have a layout of 1 + kk, which, however, can be combined into larger units, thus creating larger flats. Just 2 minutes from the house is the CAFC sports complex and five minutes away by car is the Hamr complex with tennis courts and bowling. Not far from the house is the valley of the Botič stream (3 minutes by car). The journey to the center of Prague takes 15 minutes and you will find many cultural opportunities and monuments. The public transport stop is 7 minutes away. Roztyly Metro Station, on line C, is just a six-minute walk away. The South Junction is a five-minute drive away.
