About the project:

The building called Villa Apus is located in Krakovská Street in Prague - New Town. This is a project in the form of a reconstructed house marked A, where there are both commercial and administrative premises, as well as housing units and new buildings marked B. On the ground floor there is space for a small shop or cafe. The second floor is reserved for administrative premises. The third to seventh floors include new apartments. Building A has a total of 25 apartments. Interesting is the staircase of the house, which has a semicircular shape with pillars. The complex consists of two-aisled mirror vaults. The house retains its Art Nouveau appearance from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The house is entered through the reception, you can continue to the courtyard and building B, which is a brand new new building. There are 34 new apartments. There are large apartments 1+ kk to 5+ kk. The smallest flats have an area of 28.8 m2, the largest flats 5 + kk have an area of 147 m2.
