Vitality Rezidence – a SATPO firm project

About the project:

Vitality Residence is housing that offers peace, privacy and all the necessary services from the home, health and social areas. The project is located in Prague's Smíchov (Prague 5) in Kobrova Street. The new building was completed in 2018 and offers 50 new flats with layouts from 1 + kk to 3 + kk with areas ranging from 44 to 164 m2. Each apartment has a balcony, terrace or front garden, as well as a cellar and a parking space. The residence also has commercial spaces where residents will find health and beauty services, a ballroom, a lounge with a library, a dining area with a kitchenette, as well as a games and computer corner. Alarms, CCTV and physical security ensure safety around the residence. There are also barrier-free entrances and plenty of SOS systems. In terms of energy efficiency, the building is assigned a category B (economical).

Location:

The residence is located in Kobrova Street in a quiet part of Prague 5 - Smíchov. The location is ideal mainly due to the large concentration of park and greenery. In the immediate vicinity is the modern Sacre Coeur Park with sports facilities, as well as the famous Kinský Garden and Petrin Gardens. All civic amenities are at your fingertips. In addition to the Nový Smíchov shopping center with a really rich selection of shops and services, there are many cultural centers, sports facilities and modern shops in the vicinity. There is also a large branch of the city library and a swimming pool. Thanks to the proximity to the Strahov tunnel, you can easily get to any part of the city. For example, you are at Ruzyně Airport in 20 minutes by car, right next to the residence there is a bus and tram stop.
