Vivus Kamýk – a GAUDÍ s.r.o. firm project

About the project:

The new Vivus Kamýk building is located in Prague 4 - Kamýk. The architectural design was created by Ing. Arch. Ivan Hnízdil. In this development project, two separate houses are connected, and a public car park has been created between them. This created multifunctional apartment buildings, which are located at the intersection of Mariánská and U Kamýku streets. The new building dominates this location without exaggeration. A supermarket was also built as part of the buildings. The residence has a total of 119 apartments, seven non-residential premises and there are also garages and cellars.

Apartments:

The Vivus Kamýk residential complex offers 119 apartments from 1 + kk to 4 + kk with a living area of 37 -113 m2. There are also non-residential premises. The apartments have a quality standard in the form of brick interior walls and partitions, floating floors, 3rd class security entrance doors and air conditioning.

Location:

The location of Prague 4 - Kamýk has excellent public transport services, where in 10 minutes by bus you can get to the metro station Kačerov or in 15 minutes to the metro station Pankrác. 700 m from the house there is a kindergarten and elementary school, town hall, doctors. The construction took place in two stages, when a supermarket was also built. You can also use other shops and malls or markets in the area. The greenery is represented by Modřanská ravine, Zátišský potok or Borový rybník and their nooks and crannies. There are many bike paths in the area, not only along the banks of the Vltava. Also nearby are Tennis Courts and Squash Arena.
