About the project:
In the village of Újezd near Prague, you will find new housing for the Crestyl development group. The village lies on the edge of the protected landscape area of the Bohemian Karst, 15 minutes from Prague. It is thus an ideal home for those who want to live in the village, while having access to all the services that the capital has to offer.
The project offers a total of 36 terraced houses in the village center with 28 apartments and commercial space for restaurants, shops and other services. The development is followed by land for the construction of their own houses. These are divided into several locations. The U Kůlen location will offer 32 semi-detached houses with a layout of 5 + kk.
Location:
Vysoký Újezd near Prague is located near the D5 motorway. There are plenty of places for walks and trips in the area. Directly in the village there is a town hall, post office, kindergarten and primary school and a grocery store. For example, farmers' markets and cultural events take place here. In 2019, a café and gardening opened. There is a modern golf green where international tournaments take place and a great place to relax and unwind. It includes a bar, a restaurant and an above-standard clubhouse.
1600 trees were planted around the plots, the village built a water treatment plant and a sewer. You can grow organic vegetables in the gardens of the house. The doctor is a 10-minute drive from Loděnice. There are two bus stops in the village to Beroun and Prague. The surroundings are formed by the Bohemian Karst, the Amerika quarry and the Křivoklát forests. You can visit places such as Karlštejn Castle, St. Jan pod skalou and Koněpruské Caves. The Berounka River offers countless opportunities for sports activities and relaxation.
This location aims to become a place for real life of families with children, not to be another satellite city, of which you will find dozens around Prague.
