Zátiší Lysolaje – a Landia Management s.r.o. firm project

The Zátiší Lysolaje residential area is luxury living in Prague 6 - Lysolaje, which represents five types of real estate: 26 villas, 12 terraced houses, 11 plots of land, 8 atrium houses and atrium flats. There used to be a horticultural colony in this locality. Now there is a project that combines the best of living - maximum comfort in nature with an emphasis on privacy and easy access to the city center.

 

Several types of villas, located on the west, south and east sides of the district, offer open interiors of sizes 5 + kk and 6 + kk with a usable area from 239 m² to 333 m² and built on land from 594 m² to 704 m². Each villa has two garage spaces on the plot. It boasts scenic views of Hradčany and the park.

A new public transport stop is being built in the immediate vicinity of Zátiší for a convenient connection to the metro station of line B "Dejvická" and "Bořislavka". It is only ten minutes by car to these metro stations, as well as to the Prague ring road. From the nearby station "Podbaba" you can comfortably get both to the center and to other cities when traveling.
