Zelené Město 3 – a Daramis group firm project

The Green City project being built in Prague 9, Hrdlořezy has advanced to its third stage. In the first stage, 432 flats were built, in the second stage 344 flats, the third stage offers 63 new housing units. This residential complex overlooks the greenery. The whole project was created by the development company Daramis. All houses are built next to each other.

Those interested can choose apartments with a layout of 2 + kk, 3 + kk, 4 + kk to 5 + kk with a floor area of 75 m2 to 270 m2. The apartments are equipped with quality materials, there are wooden and laminate floors, large-format tiles in the bathrooms, tiles and baths, showers, sinks and faucets. The doors are made of several decors, with glass filling or solid. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace or front garden, if you choose an apartment on the first floor. Parking spaces and cellars must be purchased separately for each apartment unit.

The third stage is the last stage of the Green City development project. The first stage of the project won the prestigious Best of Reality 2010 competition. Housing construction is located in Prague 9 - Hrdlořezy. Construction of the third stage began in May 2019.

The apartment complex is a seamless continuation of the existing housing construction. There are excellent civic amenities that make it worth living here. In the vicinity there is a school, kindergarten, clinic, post office, bank, shopping centers and orchards are being prepared, a playground and nearby is the beautiful Green City Park, which invites you to relax. There is also excellent transport links to the center by car and public transport. Palmovka metro station B is a 15-minute walk from the house.
