Žižkov City – a Sekyra Group, a.s. company project

About the project:

The Žižkov city development project is located on the site of the original freight station in Prague 3 - Žižkov. An unused space with an area of 331,000 m2 was built. In the southern part of the territory, office, commercial and residential buildings were built with a modern boulevard in its center. Sekyra Group has gradually built a new city district here. The whole place was supplemented by green areas, roads, sidewalks or sports centers.

Thanks to the Žižkov City project, high-rise buildings surrounded by complete civic amenities were created in Žižkov. In the vicinity you will find high schools, primary and kindergartens, an international conservatory. With the help of public transport you can get to other parts of Prague and to the city center. The Červený dvůr, Malešická, Basilejské náměstí and Třebešín bus stops are just a five-minute walk from the project. The Želivského metro station is a ten-minute walk from Vinohradská Street. There are parks in the vicinity such as Jewish Furnaces, Parukářka or Jiří Karen Park. You can walk to the Malešice Park in ten minutes. There are also a number of sports clubs, fitness centers and sports facilities in the area. You can shop at the Plaza Center, a 15-minute walk away. There are also pubs, pubs, bars and restaurants around the complex.
