About the project:

The development project of Bemett as Byty Kolovraty is located on the southeastern border of Prague 10 - Kolovraty in K Říčanům Street. This part of Prague is one of the most popular locations. The project is designed as two new buildings in the form of apartment buildings. House No. 1 has two entrances, 56 apartments and 5 non-residential premises. House No. 2 has 22 apartments. The apartments have a layout from 1 + kk to 3 + kk with an area of 25 -77 m2. The ground floor apartments have front gardens with an area of 60 - 195 m2. The house has PENB group C.
