Byty Lochkov – a Unistav a.s. firm project

About the project:

A new development project of Unistav as is located in the Prague part of Lochkov in U sladovny Street. Within this project, four buildings were created, three of which were created by the reconstruction of existing buildings, the fourth house is a new building. In this area there are loft apartments, which are built on the site of the Lochkovsky brewery, which was built in the 18th century. The project, designed by Albert Di Stefano, has 73 apartments and a total of 66 parking spaces.

In the Prague part of Lochkov, in U sladovny street, a project has been built in the form of an apartment building with 73 flats 1 + kk to 4 + kk, with an area of 44.7 - 124.7 m2. Part of the housing units was offered in the approval minimum, so that it was possible to complete them exactly according to the requirements of the new owners.

Location:

The Lochkov apartment building is located in U sladovny Street, in the Lochkov area, which is a popular location among families with children. In this location there is a wide range of services for a comfortable life and excellent transport accessibility. By bus you can get to neighboring districts such as Slivenec or Radotín in the center of Prague. The drive will take you less than 20 minutes to the center of Prague. The journey to Václav Havel Airport takes the same distance. There is a kindergarten with two classes in Lochkov. The primary school is in Sliven. In Lochkov you can enjoy the beautiful nature and you will find a rich sports activities. For example, you can visit the local football club Sokol Lochkov.
