About the project:

The development project of the Janáčkovo nábřeží Residence is located in a very desirable location. The project was created by the reconstruction of a house located in the historical part of Prague. The building itself dates from 1910. During the reconstruction, the roof was replaced, wiring and the facade. Of course, historical elements are preserved here, such as the rich decoration of the vestibule, railings and there is also the original tiles. The house has six floors and there are a total of 8 residential units and two office spaces. There is a wellness studio, sauna, swimming pool, wine bar in the basement of the house. The reception offers non-stop operation and the safety of residents is taken care of by a built-in camera system.
