About the project:

The development project of Reko as Vila Mrštíkova is set in a park in Mrštíkova Street in the Prague 10 - Strašnice district. The brick four-storey villa house with an elevator offers housing in 23 new housing units with a layout of 1 + kk to 4 + kk and an area from 45.53 m2 to 91.48 m2. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony, the ground floor apartments have private front gardens. In the basement there are parking spaces for 17 cars, cellars and common areas for storing bicycles or prams. The furnishing of the residential interiors is highly above standard, including wooden euro-windows and wooden parquets. For its project, Reko chose a quiet location in the old part of Strašnice, representing the construction of houses and villas from the beginning of the last century. From the residence you can get to the metro station A "Strašnická" in a short time, which is only 130 m away from the villa. Here you will also find a tram stop, the bus stop is located 150 m from the house. The nearest elementary school is Gutova Elementary School (479 m, 8 minutes walk) or school and kindergarten in Hostýnská Street (1.2 km, 18 minutes walk), elementary art school is close to the house, only 100 m. Medical care will be provided by Poliklinika Malešice (1.5 km) or the equally distant Skalka Polyclinic, which can be reached by subway in 5 minutes.

For a closer acquaintance with the locality, an educational trail through Strašnice was created, where during 11 stops you will get acquainted with the most important things that can be seen here from cultural and historical monuments.
