About the project:

The British Quarter V residence was established as part of the Stodůlky Cooperative Flats project in Prague 5. There are a total of 96 cooperative flats, which are sought after by students, couples and families. The building with a timeless design fits perfectly into the existing development.

Apartments:

Within the project British Quarter V, 96 residential units 3 + kk and 4 + kk with an area of 28 - 109 m2 were created. The apartments have balconies, large terraces and an underground garage. The standard of flats is really high. There is an entrance door with a chip system, garage parking, plastic multi-chamber windows. The inner doors are single-leaf solid or double-leaf glazed. The floor coverings are ceramic tiles, Barkotex floor covering. The toilet and bathroom have sanitary ware in the form of a bath, shower or sink, toilet and washbasin. Heating is solved by central heating.

Location:

British Quarter V is located in Prague 5 - Stodůlky, in Průhonek Street. Just a few minutes from the house is the open-air museum Repora. The journey to the pharmacy takes five minutes. Within a few meters, however, there are various shops such as Makro, Mountfield or Billa. There is an excellent infrastructure in this location. B Luka Metro Station is 15 minutes from the residence. Kindergarten and elementary school are ten minutes from the house. The post office, medical clinic and veterinary clinic are also available. There is also a police station in this locality.
