About the project:

Dům nad Marjánkou is a new apartment building built in a very popular locality of Prague 6 - Břevnov. In the five-storey house there are nine residential units with a beautiful view of the garden. The house has apartments from 1 + kk for young people to 4 + kk for families with children. The area of apartments is 43 - 132 m2. Each apartment has a balcony, terrace or garden. Car parking is solved here by stackers in the garage, which is located in the lower part of the house, as well as cellars, a cleaning room and a boiler room. The façade on the street side breaks through so that it creates two residential parts, where the breakthrough strip belongs to the part of the house with a staircase and the house ends with a terrace. Nearby is the Strahov tunnel and also the Blanka tunnel, which speeds up traffic in Prague.
