About the project

For the development project Rezidence Vrchlićkého, the company Geosan Development sro chose Vrchlicého Street in the city district of Prague 5 - Košíře. Fortunately, the originally agricultural district of Košíře was avoided by panel buildings, but many green areas remained. The seven-storey new building Vrchlického Residence has grown in close proximity to greenery and offers quiet and safe living in 52 residential units 1 + kk - 3 + kk and 19 studios 1 + kk or 2 + kk with an area from 39 m2 to 89 m2. Of course, all apartments have a balcony or loggia, apartments on the upper floors boast south-facing spacious terraces, on the 1st floor, each unit has a private front garden. For residents, there is enough space for parking in the house, one parking space is already included in the price of 3 + kk apartments. The tram and bus stop "Klamovka" (320 m) is only 5 minutes walk from the residential complex. From here, you can quickly reach the nearest metro station of line B "Anděl" (2.2 km, 3 minutes by car).

For your children are right next to the house ZŠ Pod Radostí, private grammar school J. Škvorecký and Montessori Andílek School, ZUŠ Na Popelce is 170 m away. In the vicinity there are also kindergartens and primary schools Weberova (2.2 km), primary school Nepomucká (1 , 3 km) and Slunéčko Kindergarten (2.4 km).
