12 Lofts – a HOCHTIEF CZ a.s. company project

About the project:

A very modern project was presented by Hochtief CZ as, which is located in Ronald Reagan Street in Prague 6 - Bubeneč. The complex of three apartment buildings is called 12 Lofts and there are 12 residential units that can be adapted to the requirements of a new resident. The house has a structure designed so that it is possible to interconnect the individual floors or can be spacious apartments on one floor. The house has an energy label of group C. The facade consists of exposed concrete, aluminum and glass. The 12 lofts apartment complex consists of three apartment buildings, which are interconnected by a large podium. At a height of 3 m, the roof of this stage is created as a large green terrace complemented by water features. Part of this stage is also the entrance hall with reception, garage and technical facilities of the house. There are 4 lofts in each of the houses. There are maisonettes on the top floors. Buyers have at their disposal an open space equipped with bathrooms or a created housing unit with a layout of 5 + kk with terraces. Individual spaces can be connected across the entire building. The apartments use convectors, fireplaces, door video system.

Apartments 12 Lofts are located in Prague 6 - Bubeneč, in Ronald Reagan Street. There is a lot of greenery and a river in the area. The very quiet neighborhood has had traditional urban development since the early 20th century. The apartments are adjacent to the residence of the United States Ambassador. In this location there is excellent transport accessibility both to the center and to the Václav Havel Airport in Ruzyně. There are also shops, health care, cultural centers, schools, all within 15 minutes. Stromovka Park and Letenské sady make this location a very quiet place.
